Aksyatra Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
Neuron Nest operates the Aksyatra: Dice RPG Adventure mobile game.
1. Introduction
Neuron Nest ("we," "us," or "our") operates Aksyatra: Dice RPG Adventure (the "Game") for Android and iOS. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Game handles, how it is used, which third parties are involved, and the choices you have.
The Game has no user accounts, no chat, and does not ask for your location, contacts, photos, or microphone.
2. Information We Collect
Game data stored on your device. Your progress, the player name you choose, your settings, and a randomly generated anonymous player ID are saved locally on your device. This data is not sent to our servers.
Information you choose to send us. If you use "Report a problem" or "Send feedback" in the Game's settings and tap Send, the Game sends your report to our server. Nothing is sent until you tap Send. A report contains what you write, the problem category or your star rating, the game version, and your language. If you leave "Include device and game info" switched on, it also contains basic device and game information (operating system and version, device model, screen size, game progress) and your anonymous player ID. To prevent spam, our server also stores a one-way hash of your IP address; the IP address itself is not stored. Reports do not include your name, email address, or account details.
If our server cannot be reached, the Game instead opens your email app with the same message prepared, and nothing is sent unless you send that email yourself. In that case we also receive your email address.
Information collected by third parties. Google AdMob may collect information as described in the Advertising section below. Google Play and the Apple App Store, which distribute the Game, handle information under their own policies.
3. Advertising
The Game only shows optional rewarded ads. An ad plays only when you tap a button to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward. The Game never shows ads you did not ask for.
Ads are provided by Google AdMob. When an ad is requested or shown, AdMob may collect and process information such as your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with the ad. Google uses this information to deliver, measure, and, where permitted, personalise ads. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Where the law requires consent, such as in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the Game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown. On iOS, the Game asks for permission before your advertising identifier is used for tracking. If you decline, you can still watch ads, but they will not be personalised.
4. In-App Purchases
On iPhone and iPad, the Game offers optional in-app purchases: diamond packs and a one-time Newcomer Pack. On Android, the Game has no in-app purchases. Everything in the Game can also be earned by playing or by choosing to watch an optional ad.
Purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store. We never receive your payment card, billing details, or Apple ID. The Game only receives what it needs to deliver a purchase: the product bought and Apple's transaction identifier, which is stored on your device so each purchase is delivered exactly once. We do not send your purchase history to our servers. You can restore one-time purchases with Settings → Restore purchases. Payments, refunds, and purchase records are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and Apple's terms.
5. Support and Feedback
We use reports, emails, and any device information you send us only to answer you, investigate problems, and improve the Game. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.
6. Data Storage and Deletion
Game data stays on your device. You can erase it at any time from Settings → Reset progress in the Game, and uninstalling the Game permanently deletes it.
We keep reports and support emails for as long as needed to fix problems and help you, then delete them. To ask us to delete a report or email you sent, contact us at the address below; include the player ID shown in your report, if you can, so we can find it.
Information collected by Google or Apple is stored and retained under their own policies. Google may process data in countries other than your own.
7. Your Choices
- Ads are always optional. If you never tap a watch button, no ad is shown.
- Where consent applies, you can review or change your ad consent from the Game's settings.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on your device).
- iOS: you can allow or deny tracking for the Game at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Including device information in problem reports is optional and can be switched off before sending.
8. Children's Privacy
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game changes, for example if we add new features or services. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
10. Contact Us
