Micro Jam Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Neuron Nest ("we," "us," or "our") operates Micro Jam: Bus Park Puzzle (the "Game") for Android and iOS. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Game handles, how it is used, which third parties are involved, and the choices you have.

The Game has no user accounts, no chat, and does not ask for your location, contacts, photos, or microphone.

2. Information We Collect

Game data stored on your device. Your progress, coins, boosters, the player name and avatar you choose, your daily tasks, and your settings are saved locally on your device. This data is not sent to our servers. The Game has no account and no sign-in.

Information you choose to send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Information collected by third parties. Google AdMob may collect information as described in the Advertising section below. Google Play and the Apple App Store, which distribute the Game, handle information under their own policies.

3. Advertising

The Game only shows optional rewarded ads. An ad plays only when you tap a button to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward. The Game never shows ads you did not ask for.

Ads are provided by Google AdMob. When an ad is requested or shown, AdMob may collect and process information such as your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with the ad. Google uses this information to deliver, measure, and, where permitted, personalise ads. Where the law requires consent, such as in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the Game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown. On iOS, the Game asks for permission before your advertising identifier is used for tracking. If you decline, you can still watch ads, but they will not be personalised.

4. In-App Purchases

On Android, the Game has no in-app purchases. Coins are earned by playing, completing daily tasks, or choosing to watch an optional ad.

On iOS, the Game may offer optional coin packs. Any purchase is processed entirely by the Apple App Store. We never receive your payment card or billing details, only the information needed to deliver your purchase, such as the product bought and the transaction confirmation. Purchases are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Support

We use support emails only to answer you, investigate problems, and improve the Game. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.

6. Data Storage and Deletion

Game data stays on your device. Uninstalling the Game permanently deletes it, and reinstalling starts a fresh game.

We keep support emails for as long as needed to help you, then delete them. To ask us to delete an email you sent, contact us at the address below.

Information collected by Google or Apple is stored and retained under their own policies. Google may process data in countries other than your own.

7. Your Choices

• Ads are always optional. If you never tap a watch button, no ad is shown.
• Where consent applies, you can review or change your ad consent from the Game's settings.
• Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on your device).
• iOS: you can allow or deny tracking for the Game at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

8. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game changes, for example if we add new features or services. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
